Good news
My dad is doing great!!!! Praise the Lord!!!! He had two doctors appointments. One was with the surgeon and that was Monday and then Tuesday was with his cardiologist. The surgeon said that he is able to drive short distances..... And it has only been a month!!!!!!! How awesome is that??? So everything is going really well with that! Our kitchen is still a mess but they were able to get the floor down in 3 days(Wed., Thursday and Friday). I am not sure when it will actually be done. But I can tell you right now I am not liking this...... I going out a lot more because of it. And I have been getting up at 8:30 compared to 10:00 everyday and then I just get sooo wiped out from the day. They said it might take longer than they thought. My parents aren't going to Mrtyle Beach this year and they always go. And so everything is messed up now! I was going to have a friend come over. Oh well. Its not like I can't still do something..... Anyway that kind of frustrated me when I found out about that, but ya know it makes sense because if he needs to rest they will have to go back to their room and just relax. It is a golfing trip. So anywho on with more stuff. I am going to have dinner with Brad which is the guy who likes me from work. We are going to go to the food court. I think that is really good first "date"/getting to know someone. I will let you guys know what happens and all. Please pray for me... I have never been on a date! Well, ttfn! Love you alls!!!!!

Yes, it did happen already... It was last night. And it was nothing really that great! We walked to the food court and got something to eat and then went back to the break room to eat and we had 5 minutes to eat.... Wow some date... lol! We didn't really get to talk because it was in the break room and people are ALWAYS listening to other peoples conversations and whatnot. So yeah. We talked tonight(Sunday) and he is suppose to call me on Monday night. So... we have basically talked on the phone a lot. I will keep you updated though! Ttyl! Love ya!
Wow, Jenn, definitely can't wait for the update on your date! Be careful and remember to Pray always. Is he a Christian? THat's always the biggest thing, you know...............there was something else i wanted to say but I forgot what it was..................
....oh yeah...okay, I don't feel sorry for you at all about having to wake up at the ungodly hour of 8:30...speaking for those of us who get up at 5:30. Hee hee :-D
Becca, I understand and I will be careful! Yes, he is a Christian. God has totally changed his life around!! He use to smoke, drink, and do drugs... But yeah it has changed his life. He goes to a bible study on Thursday nights which helps him. I know you guys have to wake up at 5:30 but at least your not being woken up by hammers, drills and the such! Well, I will keep ya updated love ya babe!

That is is awesome about your date. I hope that you enjoy getting to know him. Just remember that you are young and don't need to be in a hurry. Take time to be friends with him. And also remember that boys can be stupid :). Definitely keep us posted. I am glad that your dad is doing better. I will continue to pray for him. I won't be at CR tomorrow but I'm sure I will see ya sometime. Love ya
